Provides Free pre-school developmental screenings for children at risk of delay. Support services for exceptional education students (eg. educational services for children classified as mentally delayed, hearing/visually impaired; speech/language impaired; orthopedically impaired; serious emotional disturbed). Child Find diagnostics (screening and evaluation), preliminary intake for children 0 to 5 yrs of age into school system ESE Programs and parent education.

FDLRS (pronounced fiddlers) is a network of nineteen state and federally funded associate centers which provide support services to educators, families of students with exceptionalities, and community agencies throughout Florida. Centers are part of the public school and serve from one to nine counties. Each center provides services in the four areas of Child Find, Human Resource Development, Parent Services, and Technology.
