Support services for exceptional education students (eg. educational services for children classified as mentally delayed, hearing/visually impaired; speech/language impaired; orthopedically impaired; serious emotional disturbed). Child Find diagnostics (screening and evaluation), preliminary intake for children 0 to 5 yrs of age into school system ESE Programs and parent education.

Centers are part of the public school and serve from one to nine counties. Each center provides services in the four areas of Child Find, Human Resource Development, Parent Services, and Technology.
