Eligibility

Current Florida resident over 18 years old. Actively undergoing cancer treatment in Florida or within 90 days of the final treatment date. Eligible treatment includes chemotherapy, radiation, immunotherapy, hormone therapy, and hematopoietic progenitor cell transplantation. Annual household income must be at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level (proof of income and bank statements required for all household members over 18 years old). Total household liquid assets must be less than $5,000 (including checking, savings, CDs, stocks, etc.).

Cancer patients are able to receive assistance from the Foundation for their non-medical bills, such as overdue rent, mortgage, utility bills and car payments.
