Application process
Registration is typically during the months of September, October, and November. Families can pick up an Angel Tree Application at the office and return it by the deadline for that season.
Required documents
Photo I.D. for head of household, Social Security cards for all persons living in household, Birth Certificates for children, Proof of all monthly income and bills. If you have custody of a child(ren) you will need custody paperwork.
