Application process
Registration occurs during September, October, and November. Clients may pick up an Angel Tree Application at the office. The application must be returned by the deadline for the season.
Required documents
Birth certificates for children, Custody paperwork, Photo ID for head of household, Proof of all monthly income and bills, Social Security cards for all persons living in the household.
