Service area

Provides a blend of psychosocial rehabilitation treatment and Behavioral Health Day Services. Work Options, an ancillary therapeutic service to the day programs, offers real, on-the-job opportunities at program facilities for individuals with chronic mental illness. Case Management coordinates community services to improve medical care, housing, employment, social relationships, and community participation by assessing individual needs and implementing appropriate care plans. Residential clients whose level of functioning improves may transition to supervised apartments in the community while continuing to receive therapeutic support from other community-based programs.
