Eligibility
Must be 18 years of age or older, with priority given to those over 50.
In need of supportive services to remain living independently in their environment. Able to care for their own basic personal needs with minimal assistance (i.e., eating and toileting). Willing to participate in services offered in the agency and be willing to abide by the rules of the agency. Must not exhibit violent or threatening behavior towards themselves or others.

Brevard Alzheimer's Foundation's Joe’s Club Adult Day Care Centers provide supervised activities and socialization to adults who cannot be left alone. This service provides a respite for caregivers enabling them to work outside of the home or to take a break from the daily rigors of 24-hour caregiving. Services such as socialization, recreation, nutrition, transportation, supervision, basic personal care, reality orientation, and self-help training are offered. Transportation is available.
