Brevard County Children ages 0 to 20 with DentaQuest, FL Healthy Kids (Liberty, DentaQuest and MCNA), or Liberty
Children who are 20 years old and under, and do not have insurance, can be seen through the clinics Affordable Dental Program
Clients accompanied by individuals other than a parent or legal guardian must present notarized paperwork to their appointment
