Call for Information: The eligibility criteria and the amount of funding available varies by funding source, the location where assistance is needed and the situation and circumstances of those in need. A comprehensive assessment completed by a Family Stability Program case manager determines eligibility.

This program provides information and referral to community resources as well as limited funds and food for emergency help with basic needs for families experiencing a financial crisis or waiting for service from appropriate agencies to help with needs such as Rental, Utility Financial Assistance, and Case Management, and Behavioral Health Telehealth Services. Emergency assistance and Food stamp/Medicaid/TANF application assistance by appointment only.
