Payments for subsidized coverage are $15 - $20 per month per family; full-pay options range from $116 - $159 per child, per month, depending on age & selected options.
Florida
Health insurance program is administered by the Agency for Health Care Administration, is designed for Florida's toddler children from age 1 until the 5th birthday, who are not eligible for Medicaid or Children's Medical Services and has no other forms of health insurance.
Florida Kidcare
Provides four income-based state health insurance programs for Florida children from birth until the 19th birthday. The programs are Medicaid, MediKids, Florida Healthy Kids and the Children’s Medical Services (CMS) Health Plans.
