Provides linkage to primary and specialty HIV/AIDS health care in an outpatient setting. Those services include basic medical care in coordination with a Primary Care Physician and/or an Infectious Disease Physician. Laboratory tests (viral load and CD4 count tests), diagnostic tests (imaging, pathology), and others routine tests and exams to maintain good health may also be provided.
