Licensed medical professionals deliver care tailored to each child’s unique needs including, but not limited to tracheostomies, ventilator dependent, oxygen dependent, gastric tubes (GT, NG, OG, PEG), central line care, diabetic management, ostomies, urinary catheters, cardiac anomalies, NICU grads, traumatic brain injuries, asthma, birth defects, feeding difficulties, seizures, and more.

Provides prescribed pediatric extended care (PPEC) services for children from birth through age 21 with qualifying disabilities or complex medical conditions. Services include skilled nursing care, developmental activities, and transportation to and from the center. Care is available for children with neurological, cardiac, respiratory, gastrointestinal, genetic, technology-dependent, and other complex medical conditions.
