The RASE MARS program is designed to assist individuals with Opioid Use Disorder (OUD), and who are being prescribed Buprenorphine/Suboxone or Vivitrol.

Provides outpatient services for Brevard County adolescents and adults through evidence-based treatment services including drug education, intervention services, DUI classes, and drug court programs. This comprehensive program offers a wide range of services to each client, including individual, family, and group counseling, psycho-educational programming, life skills, experiential therapy, relapse prevention, and formal referrals to community agencies based on individual needs. Residential Substance Abuse Treatment Services for MEN ONLY.

Provides hospital-based induction with Buprenorphine to reduce withdrawal, cravings, and non-prescription opioid use. Benefits include structured therapy initiation, 24-hour monitoring, accurate dosing, and linkage to aftercare maintenance. Candidates undergo clinical appropriateness screening.

Substance abuse counseling services available for adolescents and adults.

Outpatient detoxification and therapy. Includes: Group sessions/1x week, Individual session/ 2x month (30min-1hour) Monthly Tox screen.

Provides Inpatient Treatment for Detox Services, (MAT) Medication Assistance, Residential Treatment, and Veterans Addiction Treatment Pathway.

Provides a full continuum of home-based care including in-home withdrawal management (in-home detox), medication-assisted treatment (MAT) and management, individual therapy, family therapy, and coordinated medical and behavioral healthcare.

Methadone treatment provided on an out-patient basis for adults with opioid dependency. Provided long-term detox as well as methadone maintenance.

Provides a Christian Men's Halfway House. This is a minimum eight-month residential program based on a Christ-centered curriculum, dealing with life controlling issues, such as drugs and alcohol.

Outpatient Medication Assisted Treatment for adults struggling with Opioid Addiction, providing medication assessment, screeing and education, substance abuse therapy and medication.

Provides long-term residential drug treatment services for recovering women and their children.

A comprehensive detoxification and intensive residential program for the treatment of chemical dependency. Medical services, individual, group and family therapy, and education are all provided to assist adults in developing a substance-free lifestyle.

Substance Use Support Counseling is provided via Telehealth Services designed to help clients unlock their potential and achieve their goals. Does not offer Detox Services.

The Blackberry Center Is a Behavioral Hospital and Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation Center.

Provides State-licensed outpatient substance abuse treatment services, including Dual Diagnoses Evaluations; on-site random drug and alcohol screening. Day and evening services available.

Provides Inpatient (MAT) Medication Assistance. With this approach, individuals can safely and effectively detox in an environment that manages challenging withdrawal symptoms while learning what is needed to establish successful recovery.
