Any person seeking substance abuse treatment from criminal charges; Driving under the Influence (DUI) must first contact the Florida Safety Council, then select SCR as their substance abuse treatment provider. Groups are held in 3 locations in Brevard County; Cocoa, Titusville, and Melbourne. Groups are held once a week for 1.5 hours. Each client is screened for the appropriate placement into treatment. A comprehensive psychosocial evaluation is conducted with a qualified counselor. SCR assists each client to comply with their criminal justice requirements for probation, DUI requirements, or to obtain and maintain their driver’s license.
