Provides behavioral support for children and their families through in-home and on-site counseling and case management services.

Assists individuals with questions regarding behavioral and developmental concerns about children, facilitates developmental screenings, and provides ongoing support through care coordination. Help Me Grow is a national initiative for which 211 Brevard serves as the local affiliate.

Families raising children 0-17 who have behavioral or emotional difficulties, a mental health diagnosis, or destructive behaviors receive professional support to navigate local systems and resources that will provide the services and care necessary to bring peace and stability into the home.
