They assist homeless and at-risk of homelessness veterans and their families throughout Brevard County either get into or stay housed through 2 primary programs: Search and Rescue and Supportive Housing. Assistance is delivered through the programs by: Street level outreach to locate, provide basic needs, and place homeless veterans into housing and off the streets; Securing or providing funding for immediately at-risk of homelessness veteran families to pay overdue housing debts to keep them housed; Operating Supportive Housing facilities for homeless veterans with capacity to house 17 clients at one time.
